FAQs

How to book a class?

It's super easy to get booked in for one of our classes - all you need to do is download the MINDBODY app, login, search for Bacchus Marsh Pilates. From there you can check out our schedule & pricing options.

How to cancel a class?

We totally understand that life happens and sometimes you won't be able to attend the session you had planned. All we ask is that when you cancel you give us 8+ hours notice, which will give anyone on the waitlist a chance to jump into your place. Cancelations within 8 hours or no-shows to booked classes will result in you losing that session.

First visit with us?

We suggest booking into one of our BASIC Reformer or OPEN Reformer classes first, before trying one of the other styles. We ask that you arrive 10 mins early so that you are able to get familiar with our studio & the equipment. We also want you to know that everyone has to start somewhere, we'll provide lots of options throughout the class & we encourage you to rest when you need to.

Running late?

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled class, unfortunately you will not be able to participate. This is a safety precaution as you will have missed the warm up part of the workout.

Recovering from an injury?

All injuries are different and we can usually work with most of them. However if there is something that you believe will affect your ability to participate in a class, we suggest contacting us first, just to confirm. If your injury in a new one - we may ask you to provide a doctors clearance before participating in a class with us. You might prefer to join us for a private session first, feel free to email us for more information about how to book.

Pregnant or just had a baby?

Firstly - congratulations! As long as you've had the all clear from your doc to exercise, pregnant & pre-natal clients are welcome in our BASIC Reformer and OPEN Reformer classes & all of our fabulous instructors have had pre/post natal training. We just ask that you do notify us before the class as there are a few modifications that we will make to your workout inline with Australian pregnancy & physical activity guidelines. Our ATHLETIC Reformer & NEXT LEVEL Reformer classes are not suitable for pregnant or post natal clients.

Is there an age limit?

We are happy for clients that are 12+ to attend classes with us here at Bacchus Marsh Pilates and we have no upper age limit - if you want to keep your body moving, we can help!
