1. Session packs are active from the date of your first booked class
2. Monthly packs are valid for 31 days
3. Yearly packs are valid for 365 days
4. No extensions on monthly or yearly packs
5. All members must give 8 hours notice for cancellations of classes, if you cancel your session >8 hours your pass will be forfeited.
6. Session packs are non-transferable, they cannot be shared between clients
7. Bacchus Marsh Pilates may cancel a class at any time, for any reason. In this instance you will be credited your session back.
8. Class bookings are the responsibility of all members, all bookings can be made via the MINDBODY app or our website.
9. If you book the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused.
10.Please ensure you have reminders and alerts ON through your MINDBODY account.
