Our Classes

Here at Bacchus Marsh Pilates we know that one size doesn't fit all, which is why we give you options when it comes to your Reformer Pilates classes. All our class types are limited to 8 people, which means that whichever class type you choose, you will get the support you need. 



A class suitable for everyone and a great starting point for beginners to Reformer Pilates & newbies to our studio. We explore all that the reformer has to offer and will give you a full body workout.


Are you ready to work hard and push your heart rate up? Then SWEAT is the class for you! Things will move a little faster in this class & you can expect to see our jump boards feature regularly. We suggest trying a few SIGNATURE classes before stepping up to SWEAT. This class is high impact, so if you're not sure if it's right for you, just ask us!  



Let's shift our focus to getting STRONG. This class will challenge you by taking your favourite reformer exercises & adding extra elements of strength, balance & difficulty. We suggest trying a few SIGNATURE classes before joining STRENGTHEN. 


Don't let the name fool you; this class will still challenge you! But we shift our attention to reaching a little further, holding a little longer & giving your body a good stretch in the process. STRETCH is suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced.
