At Bacchus Marsh Pilates we know that one size doesn't fit all, which is why we give you options when it comes to your Reformer Pilates classes. All our class types are limited to 10 people, which means that whichever class type you choose, you will get the support you need.

Open

An open level class with options to move the way that suits your body. Open Reformer will deliver a full body workout and blend traditional Pilates moves with modern fitness exercises. Suitable for beginners & regular Reformer users.

Next Level

For those looking for a step up from our Open Reformer class - Next Level is for you! Expect heavier, more technical & generally more challenging moves 

Athletic

Think high energy & high intensity workout - all done with the help of our Reformer machines & jump boards. Come along to this class to get your heart pumping & your body sweaty.

Stretch

A slow paced, relaxing class class designed to give tight & tired muscles a chance to stretch & recuperate.

Basic

For beginners to Pilates & those who want a simpler way to move. Basic Reformer is a slower paced, strength based class that will give you the building blocks to move up to our other class styles. 

Privates

Our private sessions are a great starting point for people who might be a little nervous to join our group sessions, or maybe you're working with a particular injury or condition. Whatever the reason, we can help support you. Times for private sessions are limited, get in touch with us for more info.
