After working in a corporate role, the covid lockdowns prompted Lauren to make a career change, and she hasn't looked back since completing her Cert. IV in pilates in 2021. 

Lauren is passionate about creating a welcoming community here at Bacchus Marsh Pilates & sharing her passion for helping people get moving. 

Away from Pilates, Lauren loves socialising, travelling & getting out into nature.
