Ready to book in your first class… or your next class? We are excited to offer our community a timetable with over 45 classes each week. Not sure where to start? Scroll down for a description of our class styles.

Class Styles

  • An open level class with options to move the way that suits your body. Open Reformer with deliver a full body class with blend traditional Pilates moves with modern fitness exercises. Suitable for beginners and regular reformer users.

  • For beginners to Reformer Pilates & those who want a simpler way to move. Basic Reformer is a slower paced, strength based class that will give you the building blocks to move up to our other class styles.

  • Think high energy and high intensity. This fast-paced class uses the reformer machines and jump boards to get your heart rate up, muscles burning, and body seriously sweaty.

    Athletic Reformer is not beginner friendly — we strongly recommend completing at least 5 Open Reformer classesbefore attending.

    Not suitable for pregnancy.

  • For those looking for a step up from our OPEN Reformer class - Next Level is for you! Expect heavier, more technical, & generally more challenging moves.

    We suggest five or more OPEN classes before levelling up.

  • A slow-paced, feel-good class designed to help tight, tired muscles stretch, release, and recover. Expect longer holds, gentle movement, and a focus on breathing and mobility.
